Terms & Conditions

Effective date: October 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ramsha Corp ("Ramsha," "we," "us," or "our") website and related communications. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. Specific professional services may also be governed by a separate proposal, engagement agreement, or other written terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms regarding the professional services, the separate written terms control.

2. Our services

Ramsha provides services that may include tax preparation, bookkeeping, business financial services, customer support, and appointment coordination. Available services, scope, timing, fees, and responsibilities are confirmed separately and may vary by customer.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial information depend in part on the accuracy, completeness, and timing of customer-provided information and on circumstances outside Ramsha's control. We do not guarantee a particular refund, tax liability, financial result, business outcome, or acceptance by a government authority.

General website information is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances and does not create a professional-client relationship. Professional services begin only when their scope is accepted through the applicable engagement process.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information; responding to reasonable requests; maintaining appropriate source records; and reviewing returns, reports, filings, and submissions before approval or filing where applicable. You should promptly notify Ramsha of errors, omissions, or material changes.

5. Appointments and service communications

We may contact you about inquiries, appointments, documents, deadlines, requested services, account matters, and next steps using the contact information you provide. Appointment availability and service timelines are not guaranteed until confirmed. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

6. SMS terms

Customers may initiate an SMS conversation by texting a published keyword such as TAX, BOOKS, or BUSINESS to Ramsha's published number. Ramsha may respond regarding that customer-initiated inquiry, including the customer's service needs, next steps, and appointments.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive promotional SMS is not a condition of purchasing Ramsha services. An inbound service inquiry does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated promotional messaging; promotional SMS requires separate appropriate consent.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and other factors outside Ramsha's control.

7. Electronic communications

When you communicate with us electronically, you consent to receive responsive communications electronically where permitted by law. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. Electronic communications may not always be secure, so please use the document-sharing method Ramsha identifies for sensitive information.

8. Intellectual property

The website and its original text, graphics, branding, layout, and other content are owned by Ramsha or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for your personal or internal business evaluation of Ramsha's services, but may not copy, republish, sell, or exploit its content without permission.

9. Prohibited misuse

You may not use the website or our communications to violate law; infringe another person's rights; transmit malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or operation; impersonate another person; submit false or misleading information; or send spam, abusive, or harmful material.

10. Third-party services and links

The website or our services may rely on or link to third-party services. Ramsha does not control third-party websites, platforms, or policies and is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's terms.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Ramsha does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Ramsha will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability relating to separately engaged professional services is governed by the applicable engagement agreement and law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ramsha and your use of the website, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles where they would require another jurisdiction's law. Any dispute will be handled in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date.
